Take?the?lead?of?the?quality?department.?Responsible?for?all?functions?named?as?in-house?quality?system?establishment?and?maintenance,?suppliers?quality?system?audit,?customer?quality?complaints?handling,?in-house?manufacturing?process?control?and?product?quality?improvement.?Work?with?all?functions?in?facility?and?AP?as?well?as?US?and?UK?to?address?customer?quality?complaints?and?product?quality?improvement.?

·?????????QUALITY?SYSTEM?ESTABLISHMEN?-?Establish?and?maintain?quality?system?adhering?to?ISO?9001,?TS?16949?standard?and?aligning?with?Southco?Corporate?QA?plan,?and?drive?&?monitor?the?implementation?in?organization?through?the?whole?product?chain.

·?????????CUSTOMER?QUALITY?COMPLAINTS?HANDLING??(External/Internal)-?Investigate?and?identify?any?quality?complaints.?Act?as?a?leader?to?work?with?other?functional?teams?to?meet?drawing/customer?requirements.

·?????????IN-HOUSE?MANUFACTURING?QUALITY?CONTROL?-?Coach?and?assure?PPAP?implementation?of?in-house?manufactured?products.?Establish?and?maintain?Control?Plan.?Drive?continuous?improvement?in?manufacturing?process?to?achieve?defect?free?products?from?data?analysis,?etc.

·?????????SUPPLY?QUALITY?ASSURANCE?-?Work?with?Supply?Chain?team?to?drive?continuous?suppliers?quality?improvement.?Review?and?approve?audit?reports.?Review?and?approve?PPAP?package?for?localized?products.?Plan?and?conduct?incoming?material?inspection?and?Dock?to?Stock?control.?Assess?supplier?quality?performance.?Ensure?suppliers?follow?Southco?quality?standard?and?comply?to?Southco?quality?agreement.

Requirements:

·?????????Bachelor?or?above?with?major?in?engineering
??
·?????????8?years?of?quality?working?experience?in?mechanical?manufacturing?companies

·?????????Over?10?years?at?team?management?position
??
·?????????Good?knowledge?of??mechanical?manufacturing?process?such?as?die-casting,?stamping,?turning,?cold?forming,?etc.
??
·?????????Fluent?written?&?oral?English

·?????????Good?interpersonal/communication?skills?and?candid?personality
