KEY?JOB?FUNCTIONS
???Development?and?Implementation
?-?Plan?and?lead?the?deployment?of?the?ONE?TMS?project?in?Entity;
?-?Lead?the?Gap?Analysis?with?stakeholders?to?ensure?entity?practices?and?procedures?are?supported?and?aligned?with?core?processes;
?-?Lead?implementation?of?new?features/versions/functionalities?during?and?after?deployment.?
???Training
?-?Lead?the?planning?and?delivery?of?training?program?of?the?entity?key?users?and?end?users;
?-?Lead?key?users?to?conduct?classroom?training?on?the?solution?to?end?users;
?-?Monitor?and?ensure?all?entity?key?users?and?end?users?are?well?trained?for?operational?needs.
???Coordination
?-?Work?with?Regional?Deployment?Team?and?Regional?Super?Users?to?plan?local?entity?deployment;
?-?Coordinate?system?deployment?with?all?stakeholders?within?Entity;
?-?Coordinate?the?Key?Users?and?End?Users?community?for?its?work?stream;

?-?Provide?regular?status?update?and?feedbacks?to?Management?on?Training?Progress;
?-?Responsible?of?the?communication?related?to?the?information?related?to?the?use?and?evolution?of?the?solution;

BASIC?SKILL?LEVEL?REQUIREMENTS
??Over?6?years?implementation?/?support?experience?with?TMS?system?in?multi-national?companies;
??Strong?experience?in?FFW?industry?and?good?knowledge?of?CargoWise?One?TMS?solution;
??Experience?in?training?methodology?and?delivery;
??Meticulous?with?strong?analytical?skills;
??University?degree?or?above;?
??Strong,?clear?and?precise?verbal?and?written?communication?skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese;?
??Analytical,?goal?oriented,?motivated?self-starter?with?excellent?organization?skills?and?ability?to?multi?tasks;
??Strong?Microsoft?Office?Suite?skills;?
??Capability?to?work?with?transversal?/?function?teams?(REG,?HQ?corporate).
