YOUR?RESPONSIBILITIES?WILL?INCLUDE?工作職責:
'1.在生產部門執行公司管理系統，同時符合公司針對安全質量方面的相關政策規定
2.保證各項生產活動符合公司質量體系。負責與生產相關的質量問題的解決辦法，支持客戶投訴以及內部質量投訴的調查，參與審核并及時完成改正和預防活動;
3.帶領并管理PFL生產團隊達到設定的運營KPI目標;
4.負責PFL生產部門的招聘和培訓，管理高效的生產輪班團隊公司政策被貫徹執行并根據艾利價值觀尊重所有員工.
5.確保能有效地與團隊成員及其它職能部門的溝通，在產線內部推行精益生產，強化基礎，持續改善。
6.定期召開常規會議，并且及時完成服務、成本相關的分析和報告
7.制定全年運營計劃（團隊規模，財務成本目標）
