Responsibilities:
1.?Work?with?Central?Purchasing,?Quality?and?Plant?Purchasing?and?Quality?and?the?supply?base?in?Asia?to?make?improvements?to?Quality?and?Manufacturing?Management?Systems.?和亞太區(qū)總部及工廠采購(gòu),質(zhì)量以及供應(yīng)商開發(fā)一起合作改進(jìn)質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng).
?2.?Perform?Supplier?Assessment?Audit?and?identify?the?strengths?and?weaknesses?of?a?supplier?using?the?L&P?Automotive?Group?Asia?Supplier?Assessment?tools.?運(yùn)用禮恩派亞太區(qū)汽車部的相應(yīng)供應(yīng)商評(píng)審工具,對(duì)供應(yīng)商的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)和不足進(jìn)行審核.
?3.??Identify?required?actions?and?resources?(at?Supplier?or?L&P?Automotive)?to?make?improvements?to?the?weaknesses?identified?during?this?audit.??針對(duì)評(píng)審中供應(yīng)商的弱項(xiàng)和不足,?評(píng)估所需采取的措施和資源(基于供應(yīng)商和禮恩派亞洲汽車部)確保缺陷的提升與改進(jìn).
4.??Manage?supplier?APQP?requirements?in?getting?proper?Quality?documentation?and?adherence?to?customer?specific?standards.
根據(jù)客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),管理供應(yīng)商APQP和相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理文件.
?5.??Support?SDE?Director?and?SDE?Manager?to?establish?or?make?improvements?to?supplier?development?process.?支持SDE總監(jiān)和SDE經(jīng)理建立和改進(jìn)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)體系.
?6.?Drive?continuous?improvement?activities?through?the?Kaizen?philosophy,?Lean?Manufacturing?practices.?通過Kaizen行為規(guī)范和工廠精益生產(chǎn)不斷推動(dòng)改進(jìn)行動(dòng).
7.?Engineering?support?during?development?and?be?engineering?interface?to?the?supplier.?在開發(fā)過程中提供工程支持,面對(duì)供應(yīng)商作為工程方面的溝通平臺(tái).
8.?Subject?expert?of?the?assigned?commodities,?quality?system,?SDE?tools?and?methodologies;?understand?the?process?minimum?requirements?for?the?assigned?commodities.??熟悉所分配的commodity,質(zhì)量系統(tǒng),供應(yīng)商開發(fā)工具,方法論;了解所分配commodity的相關(guān)過程的最小要求.
?9.?Team?coordinator?for?the?SDE?manager.?支持SDE經(jīng)理,作好團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào).
10.?Support?SDE?manager?to?mentor,?coach?and?teach?SDEs?支持SDE經(jīng)理,對(duì)SDE進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),輔導(dǎo).

Requirements:
1.?Above?5?years?working?experience?in?related?field?in?automotive?industry.
2.?Bachelor?degree?major?in?mechanical?or?engineering.
3.?Fluent?both?in?writing?and?oral?English.
4.Strong?problem?solving?skills?and?using?advanced?statistical?techniques?出色的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用技術(shù)以及解決問題能力.
