Main?Responsibilities
1.?In-charge?of?corporate?front?desk?image,?handling/screening?incoming?calls?and?attends?to?all?front?office?enquirers?and?visitors.
2.?Responsible?for?correspondence,?fax?sending?and?receiving,?and?courier?work.
3.?Office?equipment?maintenance.
4.?Office/pantry?supplies,?tickets,?business?cards?and?procurement.
5.?Booking?tickets?and?hotel?for?the?staff?on?business?trip.
6.?Supervise?the?use?of?spare?keys?and?registration;?supervise?the?return?of?the?key?the?next?day.
7.?Update?telephone?directory.
8.?Other?routine?administrative?work?and?other?works?assigned?by?HR?&?Admin?supervisor.

Requirements
1.?Three-year?college?diploma?or?above;
2.?CET?4?or?above,?proficient?in?both?written?and?spoken?English;
3.?None?or?at?least?1?years?&?above?related?working?experience,?candidates?with?foreign?company?experience?will?be?preferred.
4.?Proficient?in?MS?Office;
5.?Articulate,?intelligent;
6.?Good?communication?skills;
7.?Careful,?earnest,?responsible,?warm.

1.負責外來人員的接待、登記、安排等候和及時傳達;?
2.負責電話總機的接轉工作;
3.負責辦公設備維護;
4.負責辦公用品庫存管理、員工名片制作等工作;?
5.負責公司出差人員飛機票、火車票、酒店等的預訂、結算服務工作;?
6.負責公司門禁卡收發管理;
7.及時更新員工通訊地址和電話號碼等聯系方式;
8.協助處理其他日常行政事務及協助人事部的各項工作。
崗位要求:
1.專科及以上學歷;
2.大學英文4級及以上,優秀的英文讀寫能力;
3.應屆畢業生或1年以上相關行政經驗者為佳,有外企經驗更好;
4.熟練應用WORD、EXCEL等OFFICE辦公軟件
5.五官端正,形象氣質佳,親和力強
