Liaising?with??the?Editors-in-Chief?and?Editorial?Board?Members,?coordinating?the?peer-reviewing?and?editing?of?manuscript?submitted?to?the?journal,?planning?for?the?strategy?and?scientific?scope?of?the?journal,?including?organizing?special?issues?on?hot?topics?and?moving?fronts?in?the?disciplines?covered?by?the?journal.
Required?Qualifications
.??PhD?or?Master?degree?required.?Excellent?graduates?with?Bachelor?degree?can?also?be?considered
.??Scientific?background?in?Biology,Chemistry?and?Pharmacy?is?preferred
.??Proficient?command?of?both?spoken?and?written?English?(CET?6?or?above)
.??Previous?experience?in?academic?journal?editing?or?management?is?desirable
.??Ability?to?work?independently,?handle?detailed?work
.??Ability?to?work?under?pressure
.??Organizational?and?computer?(E-Mail,?Internet,?Microsoft?Word,?Microsoft?Excel)?skills?needed.?Proficiency?in?Microsoft?Office?is?desired.

一、工作職責
與各國作者，審稿人，主編和編委聯系，協調同行評審，關注學科前沿熱點問題，建特刊，界定期刊范圍和制定發展策略，負責期刊的發展和壯大。
二、?職位要求
1、?生物，化學，藥學相關專業背景；
2、碩士以上學歷，本科須就讀于重點大學，發表過英文學術論文者優先考慮；
3、?大學英語六級及以上，突出的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力；
4、?熟練使用微軟操作系統和辦公軟件；
5、?良好的語言表達能力和溝通能力，思維敏捷，工作耐心細致；
6、?優秀畢業生，獎學金獲得者，有海外留學經歷者優先。
