500強歐洲制藥公司，在武漢光谷路附近上班醫藥設備工程師?Pharmaceutical?Equipment?Engineer?1、崗位職責：?Job?Description?（1）根據公司設施設備運行狀況、能耗情況、安全隱患和故障現象，分析和評估質量和安?全風險，制定預防性維護保養計劃、年度檢修計劃、節能措施和整改方案，并監督和推動?各項計劃和方案的落實。?(Analyzing?and?evaluating?the?quality?and?safety?risks?according?to?the?operation,?energy?consumption,?potential?safety?hazard?and?malfunction?of?facilities?and?equipment,?making?preventive?maintenance?and?annual?maintenance?plans,?energy?saving?measures,?plus?rectification?program;?Supervising?and?promoting?the?implementation?of?all?plans?and?programs.)?（2）負責對設備操作和維修人員進行設備維護管理、培訓和指導，參與相關安全生產技術?培訓。?(Responsible?for?the?management,?training?and?guidance?of?equipment?operation?and?maintenance?staff,?participating?in?relevant?training?of?safety?production?technology.)?（3）編制部門月度和年度備品備件計劃，統計、分析和評價備品備件消耗和備用情況。編?制部門設備維修月度資金計劃和年度預算，合理控制設備維修費用。?(Making?the?monthly?and?annual?plan?of?spare?parts?of?the?dept.;?Collecting,?analyzing?and?evaluating?the?consumption?and?reserve?of?spare?parts.?Making?the?monthly?fund?plan?and?annual?budget?on?equipment?repair?of?the?dept.?and?controlling?the?cost?at?a?reasonable?level.)?（4）負責公司設備固定資產管理，做好設備開箱驗收、安裝、調試、調撥、盤點和報廢以?及建立、整理和更新設備檔案工作。?(Responsible?for?the?management?of?the?equipment?fixed?assets,?and?relevant?works?about?equipment,?including?the?acceptance,?installing,?commissioning,?allocation?inventory?and?discarding,?also?the?establishment,?arrangement?and?updating?of?the?equipment?files.)?（5）負責公用工程系統和生產設備的軟件和硬件改進、完善和技術指導，同時編制和更新?與之相關的文件資料。?(Responsible?for?the?improvement?and?technical?guidance?of?the?software?and?hardware?of?the?public?utility?system?and?production?equipment;?compile?and?update?the?related?documents?and?materials.)?（6）負責設備管道狀態標識和安全標識管理，定期檢驗特種設備設施，確保符合相關質量?標準和安全要求。?(Responsible?for?equipment?pipeline?status?identification?and?safety?sign?management,?regular?inspection?of?special?equipment?and?facilities?to?ensure?the?compliance?with?relevant?quality?standards?and?safety?requirements.)?（7）協助完成領導交辦的其它工作。?(Assisting?in?other?tasks?if?assigned.)?2、任職要求：Requirements?（1）制藥、機械和自動化等相關專業，本科及以上學歷。?(Pharmacy,?mechanics?and?automation?related?majors;?Bachelor?degree?or?above.)?（2）具有?5?年以上醫藥設備維護或技術管理經驗。熟悉潔凈車間的生產設備工藝流程。?(5?years’?experience?related?to?the?pharmaceutical?equipment?maintenance?and?technology?management.?Familiar?with?the?producing?process?of?clean?room.)?（3）熟悉?GMP?或?FDA?法規、政策和質量管理體系的相關知識。?(Familiar?with?the?regulation?and?policies?of?GMP?or?FDA,?plus?the?knowledge?of?quality?management.)?（4）具有較好的團隊協作能力、協調能力、溝通能力及邏輯思維能力。?(Good?ability?on?team?work?and?coordination,?communication?and?logic.)?（5）熟練使用電腦辦公軟件等。?(Full?control?of?MS?office?,Word、Excel、PowerPoint、AutoCAD?etc.)?（6）大學英語四級及以上，須具備熟練的英語口頭和書面表達能力。?(CET-4?or?above,?fluent?English?(oral?and?written)?is?required.)?（7）身體健康，無不良嗜好。?(Healthy?and?no?bad?habits.)
