職位描述（Job Description）

崗位職責(zé)：
1、微波射頻天線測(cè)量方法研發(fā)；
2、材料電磁參數(shù)測(cè)試（例如介電常數(shù)）
3、電磁測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)估
4、產(chǎn)品電磁相關(guān)指標(biāo)的驗(yàn)收方案制定和評(píng)估
5、聯(lián)系外部測(cè)試場(chǎng)所
任職要求：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷2年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，碩士以上學(xué)歷的1年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2、電子，計(jì)算機(jī)，物理等相關(guān)專業(yè)
3、熟知天線和/或材料電磁參數(shù)測(cè)量的基本原理和方法，了解數(shù)據(jù)處理的常用方法
4、熟知常用儀器儀表的工作原理和操作方法，有根據(jù)需要搭建測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的能力
5、具備較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手實(shí)踐能力；思維敏捷，對(duì)工作任務(wù)有較快的反應(yīng)，并能采用創(chuàng)新手段解決問題
