Lead?the?material?group?in?synthesis?of?various?biomaterials;
????Provide?scientific??expertise?on?designing?and?implementing?experimental?plans?for?synthesis?and??physical?characterization;
????Assist?in?developing,?tracking?and??managing?detailed?program?timelines,?resource?and?budget?allocations,??deliverables?and?milestone?progress,?including?critical?path?dependencies;
????Provide?support?to?the?management?team??on?project?updates?/?reports?as?needed;
????Generate?the?laboratory?request??documents.?Give?research?presentation?and?share?other?daily?laboratory??operational?work;
????Assist?Site?Manger?in?accomplishing??other?R&D?duties?related?to?biomaterials.

Requirements:

????PhD?with?minimum?of?1?years?of?material??chemistry?experiences??or?equivalent??educational?degree?and?experience?is?required;
????Highly?experienced?in?synthesis?of??various?nanomaterials,?and?strong?problem-solving?skills?in?all?aspects?of?process??scale-up.?Experience?in?developing?biomaterials?and?their?applications?is??highly?desired;
????Broad?knowledge?and?experience?in??cutting-edge?research?areas,?familiar?with?various?porous?inorganic?or?polymer??materials;?
????Hands-on?experiences?of?material?characterization??techniques?including?but?not?limited?to?SEM,?TEM,?XRD,?UV-vis,?FT-IR,?Raman,?and??Laser?diffraction?scattering?measurement;
????Well-organized,?detail-orientated,?and??self-motivated.
????
????
