2、Lead?the?execution?of?Process,?Safety?SOP?and?Lean?Production.?Assist?the?shift??supervisor?in?addressing,?handling?or?reporting?the?production/process?key?issues;?

3、Track?and?revise?the?process?SOP?for?best?practice?by?working?with?the?corporate?process?technology?teams;?

4、Take?a?leading?role?in?managing?the?team’s?process?training?and?the?related?process?performance?assessment;?

5、Any?other?work?assigned?by?the?immediate?manager.?

4、主導管理團隊的過程培訓和相關的過程績效考核;
5、直接主管安排的其他工作。
