4、??負責追蹤、修正品質控制程序，確保成品的品質合格；?

5、????負責所述團隊員工的培訓、考勤、勞動紀律和績效考核管理；?

6、????負責設備管理，規范使用及保養，生產現場管理，環境因素和危險源的控制等，確保整個單元生產體系的有效運行；?
