???Align?with?the?professional?development?and?recruiting?teams?to?present?a?seamless?talent?narrative?for?candidates?and?employees??Maintain?strict?confidentiality?at?all?times?to?build?trust?in?the?organization?and?the?Human?Resources?function??Act?as?the?primary?point?of?contact?for?HR?for?employees?based?in?Asia??Maintain?Asia?employee?HR?records???Manage?HR?orientation?and?onboarding?for?all?new?employees,?and?offboarding?for?departing?employees??Draft?contracts?and?official?correspondence?on?tight?timelines??Design,?communicate,?and?administer?HR?policies?in?the?region??Proactively?improve?HR?processes?to?achieve?scale?in?our?rapidly-growing?Asia?operation??Complete?benefits?enrollments?and?periodic?audits,?assess?recommendations?for?potential?additions?to?the?existing?benefits?packages??Analyze?regional?HR?data?to?provide?insights?to?the?regional?leadership?team??Apply?for?and?secure?visas?for?employees??Manage?global?mobility?for?employees?leaving?or?joining?Asia?offices??Partner?with?regional?leadership?to?understand?and?resolve?case-by-case?personnel?issues??Collaborate?with?the?global?HR?team?to?roll?out?coordinated?initiatives???
?What?We?Look?For:
