1.?Co-ordinates?and?directs?the?Utility?team?in?Engineering
2.?Establish?utilities?&?facilities?strategy?and?master?plan
3.?Establish/?improve?preventive?maintenance?&?predictive?maintenance?on?building?and?utility?system.
4.?Monitor?performance?and?provide?adequate?coach?&?feedback?to?team?member?for?performance?improvement
5.?Monitors?the?cost?of?maintenance,?electricity,?steam?with?analysis?and?control?plan.
6.?Lead?&?drive?improvement?facilities?&?utility?in?GMP?,?safety?and?sustainability?.
7.?Liaison?on?supply?related?matters?(?electricity?/steam?/Water)?with?government?.
8.?Assists?Engineering?manager?on?Special?Projects?as?required.
9.?Comply?with?factory?GMP,?food?safety,?ESH&S?requirements?and?regulation.
Incumbent?Requirements:
This?position?requires?a?bachelor?degree?in?Mechanical?/?Electrical?/?Electronic?Engineering?or?equivalent?major?along?with?at?least?3?years?of?utility?engineering?experience?in?multinational?companies.??The?incumbent?should?background?in?Total?Productive?Maintenance?(TPM)?ISO?9000/14000/18000,and?Good?Manufacturing?Practices?(GMP).??The?incumbent?should?have?good?planning?and?analytical?skill?and?good?communication?skill,?and?English?proficiency,?must?be?a?proactive?team?player?with?integrity,?maturity?and?confidence.
